The roots of Fudo Satellite date to 2004, when guitar-singer Gabriele and guitarist Giacomo first teamed to form a band called the Sleepers. A few months later drummer Luca and bassist Tommaso joined the band to complete the final lineup. The band started playing live acts all over Tuscany, and gradually developed a dark and dramatic sound that positioned them as an innovative alternative band. In late 2007 the band decided to change its name in Fudo Satellite after the discover of an american band with its same name and continued to perform live acts and develop its own sound. After building a following on the Tuscany club scene and making a couple of demotapes, Fudo Satellite finally signed to UK Division Records with whom they will be issue their first album "Primitive" in late April 2009.
